What is aibrokershub?
aibrokershub is software for real estate brokers. It reads the property groups you are in on WhatsApp and turns every post into a listing you can search by area, BHK and budget. It also matches client requirements to your listings and lets you share flats with clients from your own WhatsApp.
How does it get listings from my WhatsApp groups?
You connect your WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, the same way you open WhatsApp Web. You then choose which groups are property groups. From that point every new post in those groups is read, and every property on offer is saved as a listing.
Is aibrokershub an official WhatsApp product?
No. aibrokershub is an independent product of ASQ ENTERPRISES. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
Is it safe for my WhatsApp number?
aibrokershub is careful with your number. It posts in a group only when you schedule a post of your own properties to groups you choose, it sends very few other messages, and it sends nothing to a client unless you have chosen it. That keeps the risk low. But WhatsApp makes its own decisions about every account, so we cannot promise that an account will not be restricted, and you connect your number at your own risk.
Which chats does it read?
Only the groups you leave switched on. Your personal chats are not read. The two exceptions are replies from someone who was sent a message in your name, and, only if you allow it, a message from a client that is clearly a property requirement.
Will it send messages without asking me?
Listings go to a client only after you tick them. If your client then picks a flat that has no photos, the broker who posted it is asked for photos from your number, once, with one reminder. You can switch that off. Every message sent in your name is shown to you.
Does it post anything in my groups?
Only what you schedule yourself: posts of your own inventory, to the groups you pick for each schedule. Otherwise it only reads them.
How accurate are the listings?
Most posts are read correctly. Brokers write in many different ways, so now and then a price or an area can be read wrong. Listings that look doubtful are marked, the original message is shown next to them, and you can correct anything. Please check the details before you quote to a client.
Can other brokers see my clients or my listings?
No. Your clients, enquiries and notes are private to you. A broker only ever sees listings from groups they are in themselves.
Does it work on my mobile?
Yes. It is made for the phone first and works in the browser on Android and iPhone. Add it to your home screen and you get notifications too. There is nothing to download from an app store.
Can I download my listings to Excel?
Yes. You can download your full inventory or any filtered list as an Excel sheet.
How much does aibrokershub cost?
Plans are ₹1,500, ₹3,000 and ₹5,000 a month plus GST, after a free trial of seven days. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.
What happens when my trial or plan ends?
Your WhatsApp is disconnected and new posts stop being read. Your listings and photos are kept safely, and you get them back as soon as you choose a plan and connect your WhatsApp again.
Does it work outside Mumbai?
Today aibrokershub is tuned for Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, where it knows the areas and localities by name. Posts from other cities are still saved, but areas are matched best in the Mumbai region.
My posts are showing up and I want them removed. What do I do?
Write to [email protected] with the number you post from. Your listings and photos will be removed and nothing you post will be kept after that.
