Terms of service

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and ASQ ENTERPRISES ("we", "us"), which provides aibrokershub ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. What the service is

aibrokershub connects to your WhatsApp account, reads the groups you leave switched on, and turns posts about property into records you can search, share and offer to clients. It can send messages from your WhatsApp account as described in section 5.

2. Not a WhatsApp product

3. Your account

4. What you may use it for

5. Messages sent in your name

The service sends messages from your WhatsApp account only in these cases:

It posts nothing else in a group. Each message sent is recorded on your Activity page. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account through the service, as you are for those you send yourself.

6. Accuracy

Posts and images are read automatically by software, some of it provided by other companies. The records it produces can be incomplete or wrong: a price, an area or a detail may be misread, a listing may be out of date, and two posts may be wrongly treated as the same flat or as different ones. Check the details against the original message and with the person who posted it before you rely on them. We do not verify listings and are not a party to any deal.

7. Records shared between customers

To avoid reading the same post many times, a listing that reaches several customers is stored once. Photos and videos posted with a listing, or sent in answer to a request about it, are stored once and shown to every customer who has received that listing. By using the service you agree that photos received through your account for a listing are shared in this way. Your corrections, your enquiries, your clients and your conversations are not shared.

8. Trial, plans and usage

9. Payment, renewal and cancellation

10. When a plan ends

When a trial or plan ends, or you choose to disconnect, your WhatsApp is disconnected. Your records, photos and settings are kept but cannot be viewed or exported until you take a plan again. You may ask us to delete your account and its data, as the privacy policy explains.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.

12. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that every message will be captured, or that any message will be delivered. The service depends on WhatsApp, on your phone being online, and on other providers, any of which can fail or change.

13. Our responsibility to you

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data or indirect loss, nor for any action WhatsApp takes on your account, and our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the panel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
