Cancellation and refunds
Last updated 23 October 2026
The free week
The trial is free and needs no payment details. If you do not choose a plan, it simply ends and nothing is charged.
Cancelling a plan
- You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing in the panel.
- Cancel renewal: you are not charged again, and the service keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Disconnect now: WhatsApp is disconnected and the plan ends at once. The days left in the period are not refunded.
Refunds
Plans are paid for a month in advance and payments are not refunded, in whole or in part, including when you cancel part-way through a period, when you move to a larger plan, when the usage limit for a period is reached, or when WhatsApp restricts your account.
The exception is a charge made in error: a payment taken twice for the same period, or taken after you had cancelled renewal. Write to [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with the payment reference. Once confirmed, the amount is returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 working days.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment does not go through, the service continues for three days so that you can pay, and then ends. Nothing is owed for those days.
Moving between plans
A larger plan starts at once and begins a new billing period at the larger price. A smaller plan can start when your current period ends.
