Privacy policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
This policy explains what ASQ ENTERPRISES ("we") collects through aibrokershub, what it is used for, and the choices you have. It covers two groups of people: brokers who have an account, and people whose posts appear in the WhatsApp groups those brokers are in.
1. If you have an account
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a protected form of your password, or your Google account's name and email if you sign in with Google.
- Your WhatsApp connection: your number, and the details needed to keep it connected. These are stored securely and deleted when you disconnect.
- Your groups and contacts: the names of the groups you are in, and the names and numbers of their members and of contacts in your address book, used to show who posted a listing.
- Posts from the groups you leave switched on that look like property listings or requirements: the text, who sent it and when, and photos or videos posted with it.
- Certain direct messages only: replies from people who were sent a message in your name through the service, and, if you leave that switch on, messages that read like a property requirement. Other direct messages are not collected.
- What you do in the panel: your corrections, enquiries, clients' numbers you enter, messages sent in your name, your questions to the assistant, and your settings.
- Notifications: the address your browser gives us so that we can send you notifications.
- Billing: your plan, its dates and Razorpay's reference for your subscription. We do not receive or store your card or bank details; Razorpay handles the payment.
- Usage records: when and from where the service is used, kept to run it and keep it secure.
What we do not collect
- Messages in groups you have switched off.
- Your private chats, other than the direct messages described above.
- Group posts that are not about property: they are discarded when they arrive.
What it is used for
- To turn posts into listings and requirements, find listings that fit a requirement, and show them to you.
- To send, from your WhatsApp account, the messages you approve or that follow from a client's choice.
- To tell you when something needs you, by notification and email.
- To bill you, prevent misuse, and keep the service working.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
2. If you posted in a group
If you post a property listing or requirement in a WhatsApp group that one of our customers is in, the service may keep your post, your WhatsApp name and number, and photos you posted with it, and show them to that customer as part of their records, much as the group itself does. A customer may send you a message from their own WhatsApp through the service, for example to ask for photos of a listing their client has chosen.
- To stop messages: reply "stop" to any such message. No customer's account will message you through the service again.
- To be removed: write to [email protected], giving the number you post from. Your listings, requirements and photos are deleted for every customer, and nothing you post is kept afterwards.
3. Who else handles the data
We use other companies to run the service. They receive only what their part needs:
- Providers of the software that reads posts and images: the text of posts, images of flyers and the questions you ask about your inventory, so that they can be read and answered.
- Hosting and storage providers: the servers and the storage that hold the service's data and photos.
- Razorpay: your payment.
- Your browser's notification service (run by the maker of your browser or phone): the notifications we send you.
- An email provider: the emails we send you.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
Some of these providers process data outside India. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
4. What customers share with each other
A listing that reaches several customers is stored once, and its photos are shown to every customer who has received that listing. A customer sees only listings they have themselves received. The original text of a post is shown only to a customer who received that same text. Corrections, enquiries, clients and conversations are never shared between customers.
5. How long it is kept
- Photos and videos are deleted six months after their listing was last seen.
- Your WhatsApp connection details are deleted when you disconnect.
- Your records are kept while you have an account, including after a plan ends, so that you can return to them. They are deleted when you ask us to delete your account.
- Billing records are kept for as long as the law requires.
6. Security
Connections to the service are encrypted, your WhatsApp connection details are stored securely, and each customer's records are kept apart from every other's. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
7. Cookies
The panel uses one cookie, to keep you logged in. This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Your choices
- Switch any group off, ignore any contact, and turn off the reading of clients' messages, in the panel.
- Disconnect WhatsApp at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your data, for a correction, or for your account and its data to be deleted, by writing to [email protected].
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, write to [email protected], marked for the attention of the grievance officer. We will acknowledge it and reply as the law requires.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes are announced by email or in the panel.
